About the role

RHI is hiring a Network Engineer to support office connectivity, support-floor systems and operational IT needs. The role helps keep voice, data and workstation environments stable for live customer service work.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
  • Support routers, switches, cabling, internet links and workstation connectivity.
  • Coordinate with vendors or service providers where escalation is required.
  • Maintain basic network records and incident notes.
  • Support operational teams during outages, changes or setup work.

What we are looking for

  • Knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP and common network troubleshooting.
  • Ability to diagnose connectivity issues methodically.
  • Comfort supporting live operations and urgent incidents.
  • Basic documentation discipline.
  • Relevant certification or hands-on experience is helpful.
