Who these terms apply to

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by RH International Ltd. ("RHI", "we", "us"), a company registered in India, company number U72900DL2007PLC159452. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using it.

These terms cover the website. They do not govern the delivery of our services - that is a separate written services agreement, and where the two ever conflict on a matter of service delivery, the services agreement takes precedence.

What this website is for

This site describes our services and lets you contact us, request a callback, plan an indicative team, apply for a job or exercise your data protection rights. It is intended for people considering, using or working with us.

Information on this site is not an offer

This matters more than the usual boilerplate, so we will be specific.

Prices published on this site are starting points for planning, not quotes and not offers capable of acceptance. Each is shown with the basis on which it is calculated and is subject to a minimum deployment. Final pricing depends on channel mix, language, process complexity, training, coverage, technology, interaction volume, service levels and delivery location, and is set out in a written proposal.

Figures produced by the planning tools on this site - the team builder, the coverage planner and any similar calculator - are indicative estimates only. They cannot see your process complexity, your systems or your real contact patterns. They do not constitute a quotation and create no obligation on either side.

Performance figures shown on this site are historical or representative, relate to particular engagements, and depend on channel mix, volume and campaign. They are not commitments about the results your organisation would achieve. Service levels applying to your account are agreed in writing after we have reviewed your data.

Nothing on this site is professional advice. In particular, our finance process services do not constitute audit or tax advice, our healthcare support is administrative and not clinical, and our legal-sector support is administrative and not legal advice.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we may correct content without notice. We do not accept liability for reliance on information that was inaccurate or out of date at the moment you read it, beyond what the law requires of us.

Your responsibilities

Please do not use this site to submit false or misleading information, to submit anything unlawful or infringing, to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems, to probe or scan for vulnerabilities without our written permission, to place automated load on the site or its forms, to harvest data or content by automated means, or to interfere with anyone else's use of it.

When you submit information you confirm it is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. If you send us someone else's personal data, you confirm you have a lawful basis for doing so.

You are responsible for keeping your own systems secure when you use this site. We will never ask you to send passwords, payment card details or identity documents through a general enquiry form. If a message that appears to come from us asks for money during recruitment, asks for your password, or directs you to an unrelated payment page, treat it as suspicious and contact us through the details on this site.

Intellectual property

The content, layout, design and code of this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal evaluation of our services. You may not republish, sell, sublicense or systematically copy the content, or present it as your own.

Third-party names, logos and trade marks appearing on this site remain the property of their respective owners. Where we display a client name or logo, that reflects past service experience and does not imply a current relationship or an endorsement by that organisation.

You may quote brief extracts for ordinary reference, provided the meaning is not changed and RHI is identified as the source. Bulk copying, scraping, training a public dataset from the site content, or using the material to create a competing service directory requires our written permission.

Third-party links and platforms

Where we link to another website, or name a software platform our teams are competent in, we are not endorsing it and we have no control over it. Naming a platform does not indicate a partnership, certification or commercial relationship with its provider. Your use of any third-party site or service is governed by their terms, not ours.

Job applications

Submitting an application creates no employment relationship and no obligation on us to interview or respond in a particular way. We only advertise roles that genuinely exist. We never ask candidates for payment at any stage - if someone claiming to represent us asks you for money, it is not us, and we would be grateful if you reported it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, or loss or corruption of data, arising from your use of this website. This clause concerns the website. Liability in respect of services we deliver to you is dealt with in the services agreement.

Downloads, forms and planning tools are provided as part of the website. You should use normal safeguards before relying on anything downloaded or generated by the site, and you should not treat an automated estimate as approval of scope, price, service level, compliance position or delivery date.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy, and how we use cookies and similar technologies in our cookie policy. Both form part of your use of this site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies, so please check it if you are relying on it.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have jurisdiction. This does not remove any protection available to you under the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence.
