The honest version

Most outsourcing suppliers describe themselves in almost identical language, which makes the decision harder rather than easier. So here is what actually distinguishes this arrangement, and where it does not suit.

The team is yours, not a shared pool

Every agent we provide is dedicated and full-time on your account. They learn your product, work in your systems and sit in your queue. Nothing else.

This is the single biggest determinant of whether outsourced support works. A shared agent covering several brands cannot hold your policies in working memory, so they route rather than resolve - and every routed contact becomes a second contact. Dedicated agents cost more per head than a shared pool and usually cost less per resolved contact, which is the number that matters.

Five people is a real first step

Our minimum is five dedicated agents. That is small enough to be a genuine test rather than a strategic commitment, and large enough to cover a real shift pattern with handover, holiday cover and someone to escalate to.

Suppliers with a twenty-seat minimum are asking you to bet on an unproven arrangement. Suppliers offering one or two agents are selling something that will fall over the first time someone is ill.

You keep control of how customers are treated

Scope, tone, escalation rules and quality standards are agreed in writing before go-live and stay yours. Anything outside the agreed scope escalates rather than being improvised, because an agent guessing at policy is worse than an agent saying "let me get you the right person".

You see the scorecard, the sampling, the calibration results and the coaching plan. If our reporting and your perception of quality ever diverge, that gap is the most useful thing on the table and we would rather surface it than manage it.

Coverage extends when your customers change, not when the contract does

Coverage is built from shift units - eight hours is one, twelve is two, weekends need enhanced staffing, round-the-clock is three daily teams plus a holiday plan. Extending hours is a staffing change, not a renegotiation.

This matters because most support operations are staffed around the head office working day rather than customer behaviour. Look at when contacts genuinely arrive and there is usually an evening or weekend peak nobody is rostered for.

Multilingual India delivery, with a UK option in the same plan

Our India operation staffs Hindi, Hindi-English bilingual, English, Bengali, Nepali and Punjabi as standing capability, with further Indian languages on request. For international voice we staff neutral international English, recruited for clarity and listening rather than accent imitation.

Where a caller base genuinely requires a local voice, UK onshore and nearshore agents are available - and a blended model, with India-delivered agents on routine volume and a smaller onshore group on complaints and escalations, usually gives better value than either alone. Few suppliers will tell you which parts of your queue do not justify the onshore premium. We will.

Quality is written down and sampled

Interactions are scored against a scorecard agreed with you, by reviewers calibrated against each other. Coaching targets the specific behaviour that lost the point. Recurring failures get root-cause analysis.

The output that clients tend to value most is not the score but the diagnosis: that a repeated failure is a knowledge-base gap, a confusing policy or a broken step in your own process. See how quality assurance runs across every service.

We work in your systems

Agents use your CRM, help desk and telephony wherever possible, because a second copy of your customer data in someone else's platform is a liability you inherit. Our teams are experienced across the common platforms, which is working competence rather than a partnership.

Prices are published

Starting rates are on the pricing page, per dedicated agent per month, each shown with the basis it is calculated on. Most suppliers will not publish, on the grounds that every deployment is bespoke - true, but it means you cannot shortlist suppliers you cannot cost.

Scaling, transition and continuity

Growth usually goes one of three ways: more agents on the same channel, the same agents across more channels, or more hours. You do not have to pick correctly in advance - you have to be able to change direction cheaply, and a dedicated-team model lets you.

Transitions in are staged: scope, design, recruit, train, monitored pilot, stabilise, scale. The pilot is the part that matters, because a limited live window surfaces gaps in your process documentation while fixing them is still inexpensive. On continuity, cross-training and documented process ownership mean a single departure does not take six months of product knowledge with it - the risk that quietly damages most in-house support teams.

Where we are not the right choice

If you need fewer than five agents, we cannot help without compromising the shift pattern. If you need regulated decisions, clinical judgement, audit or tax work, that is outside our scope. If you need onshore delivery outside the UK, we do not have it. If you want a supplier who will commit to service levels before seeing your contact data, we will not - and neither should anyone else.

Read who we are, check what it costs to start, or talk to us about your support operation.

Frequently asked questions

Five dedicated full-time agents. Below that you cannot cover a real shift pattern with handover, holiday cover and an escalation point, so we would rather not sell it.

No. Every agent is dedicated and full-time on your account. Shared pools are cheaper per head and usually more expensive per resolved contact, because an agent covering six brands routes rather than resolves.

Yes, and a blended model is often the best value: India-delivered agents on routine volume, a smaller onshore group on complaints and escalations. We will tell you which parts of your queue do not justify the onshore premium.

Coverage is priced in shift units and channels are added to the same team, so extending is a staffing change rather than a renegotiation. Adding headcount depends on recruitment and training lead time for the language and complexity involved.

If you need fewer than five agents; if you need regulated financial decisions, clinical judgement, audit or tax work; if you need onshore delivery outside the UK; or if you want service levels committed before anyone has seen your contact data.
