About the role

RHI is hiring a System Administrator with knowledge of dialer systems, Asterisk and Linux. The role supports the systems used by customer service and voice operations.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and troubleshoot Linux-based systems used by operations.
  • Support dialer configuration, user setup and issue investigation.
  • Assist with Asterisk-related troubleshooting and operational changes.
  • Maintain system access, basic documentation and incident records.
  • Work with network and operations teams during service-impacting issues.

What we are looking for

  • Working knowledge of Linux administration.
  • Knowledge of dialer systems and Asterisk.
  • Ability to troubleshoot methodically under operational pressure.
  • Understanding of access control and confidentiality.
  • Comfort documenting changes and incidents clearly.
