Where we are, stated precisely

Outsourcing suppliers routinely list cities in a way that implies more physical presence than exists. We would rather be exact, because it affects who you are contracting with and where your data is handled.

We have one confirmed office address, our registered office in New Delhi. That is the address on our corporate registration and the one to use for correspondence or a visit.

The other cities listed below are places where we operate or recruit. They are not visitor offices, and we do not publish addresses for them. Where a city has a verified address in future, it will appear in the addressed section above rather than being described differently in prose.

What "operational" and "hiring" mean here

Operational means we have delivery capability associated with that city. Hiring means we are actively recruiting there, or expect to be. Neither implies a building you can walk into, and neither is a claim about headcount in that location.

If you need to know precisely where your account would be delivered from and where your data would be processed, ask during scoping. That is a reasonable question and we will answer it specifically rather than pointing at a map.

Delivery location and your data

Because delivery is from India, personal data you or your customers provide will be processed there. For clients in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area that is an international transfer, and we rely on appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses. Where a caller base genuinely requires agents in the United Kingdom, UK onshore and nearshore delivery is available - see the UK market page. We do not claim onshore delivery in any other market.

Markets we serve

Serving a market is not the same as having an office in it. We support organisations selling into India, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, the UAE, France, Italy and the Philippines. That is a list of customer bases our teams handle contacts for, not a list of locations we occupy or languages we staff locally.
