Who we have worked with
The organisations listed below have used our customer contact services. They span telecommunications, energy and utilities, financial services, insurance, media, eCommerce, hospitality and technology - sectors where contact volume is high, the regulatory or complaints dimension is real, and customers escalate publicly when a problem is not resolved.
How to read this list, and how not to
Being precise about this matters more than the list itself.
These names reflect past service experience. Their appearance here does not necessarily mean a current relationship, and it certainly does not mean an endorsement - no organisation below has endorsed us by being listed. Brand names and logos remain the property of their owners.
We also publish no client outcomes, results or quotations. Not because there are none, but because we will not publish a result we cannot evidence and cannot get permission to attribute. A case study with a specific number and no named source is marketing, and you should discount it wherever you see it. If you want references, ask during a procurement conversation and we will arrange what we have permission to share.
What sector experience is actually worth
Less than most supplier websites imply, and more than nothing. It does not mean a pre-built solution: two retailers with similar contact volumes routinely need different teams because their fulfilment processes and complaint patterns differ.
What it does shape is four practical things - who we recruit and what we test them on, how long training takes and what it covers, where the escalation and authority boundaries sit, and what the quality scorecard measures. A team that has handled disputed energy bills before knows which contacts turn into complaints. That is genuinely useful, and it is a different claim from "we are experts in your industry".
Our industries page sets out what changes between sectors in more detail.
The kind of work these engagements involved
We can describe the categories of work without attributing specifics to any named organisation, which would require evidence and permission we do not publish. Across the sectors above, engagements have typically involved some combination of:
- Inbound customer service queues - account and billing queries, service faults, order and delivery questions, general enquiry handling.
- Complaint intake and handling - capturing a complaint properly first time and following a defined process, which in regulated sectors carries a reporting dimension.
- Retention and cancellation conversations - understanding why a customer wants to leave before offering anything, within an authority boundary agreed in advance.
- Technical first-line support - triage, known-issue resolution and structured escalation.
- Outbound follow-up and callbacks - closing the loop where a promise was made.
- Back-office administration - the order, records and data work that sits behind the front line.
Two patterns recur across almost all of it. The first is that peak volume is event-driven - a price change, a promotion, an outage, a service disruption - rather than evenly spread, which makes coverage planning the difference between a manageable week and a bad one. The second is that the contact reasons generating the most repeat contact are usually upstream process problems rather than agent problems, which is why root-cause reporting tends to be the part clients end up valuing most.
A note on logos
Names appear here as text rather than logos. Displaying a third-party logo requires the right licence and an accurate, current asset, and we would rather show a plain list we are confident about than a logo wall assembled from files we have not verified. Logos will appear as licensed assets are obtained.
