Prices and estimates are not quotations

The prices published on this site are starting points intended to help with early planning. Each is shown with the basis on which it is calculated and is subject to a minimum deployment. They are not quotations and cannot be accepted as offers.

Figures produced by the planning tools on this site - the team builder, the coverage planner and any similar calculator - are indicative only. They cannot see your process complexity, your systems or your real contact patterns, which are the things that most affect cost. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal after a scoping conversation.

Performance figures are historical, not promises

Nothing on the website overrides a written proposal, statement of work or services agreement. If those documents give a different price, scope, currency, minimum team size, start date or service level, the signed written document is the one that applies.

Any performance figure on this site - resolution rates, satisfaction scores, response times, availability, headcount or capacity - is historical or representative. It reflects particular engagements over a stated period and depends heavily on channel mix, interaction volume, process complexity and the specific campaign.

None of it is a commitment about the results your organisation would achieve, and none of it should be read as a service level. Service levels applying to your account are agreed in writing after we have reviewed your own data. Where a figure is shown, we publish the measurement period and the caveats alongside it for exactly this reason.

Illustrative material is labelled

Where this site shows a dashboard, report layout or sample output, it is illustrative and labelled as such. We do not present sample data as client results, and we do not publish case studies, testimonials or client outcomes that we cannot evidence.

Client names and trade marks

Brand names and logos appearing on this site are trade marks of their respective owners. Their display reflects past service experience and does not necessarily imply a current relationship or endorsement. No client shown has endorsed us by appearing here.

Software platforms we name

Where we name a software platform, we are describing systems our teams are trained and competent in. It does not indicate a partnership, reseller arrangement, certification or any commercial relationship with that platform's provider, and it is not an endorsement of it. All third-party product names remain the property of their owners.

Nothing here is professional advice

Content on this site is general information about our services. It is not professional advice and should not be relied on as such. Specifically:

RH International Ltd. is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZB879055 - that is a register entry, not a certification or an assessment of our practices, and we do not describe it as one. Where we refer to data-protection aware processes, that describes how we work rather than asserting certification against any standard. We do not display certifications we do not currently hold.

Accuracy, availability and external links

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or continuously available. Content may be changed or corrected without notice. Where we link to another website we have no control over its content and accept no responsibility for it; a link is not an endorsement.

Questions

Publication dates, review dates and "last updated" notes are there to help you judge currency. They do not mean the page has been legally reviewed on that date unless the page says so expressly. Legal and compliance pages remain subject to formal review until that status is changed.
